Purchases

Subscription Sessions

All subscription sessions must run for a minimum duration of 3 months. After the initial 3-month period your subscription cancels.

Refunds

For all PressEX kits purchased through our website, there is a 30-day money-back guarantee. Please refer to the terms outlined on the bodyspring.fit website for more information regarding refunds on PressEX kits

For services already rendered, agreed to, or paid for, including but not limited to sessions or classes, no refunds will be issued.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to assume all risks associated with the services provided.

Before starting a wellness routine, it is recommended that individuals consult with their doctor, particularly if they have any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns.

Our wellness sessions are only available to individuals who have not experienced new injuries in the last 6 months that have limited their daily life functions. We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who do not meet this criterion.

Testimonials provided on our website are not guarantees of results and represent the experience of individual clients. Results may vary.

In the event that physical therapy services are required, a physician's referral is necessary within 2 weeks of PT treatment. Our wellness visits are not physical therapy and should not be treated as such. They are designed to help you learn to care for your joints and improve mobility.

Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. Failure to provide at least 24 hours notice will result in forfeiture of the scheduled visit, and your payment will not be refunded.

Payment Terms

Payment is due in full at the time of service. We store credit card information securely in our Stripe account.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of US, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Site, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Site.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
