Unlike other tissues, it moves through structures rather than just attaching to them.For example, fascia starts before a ligament, moves through it, then continues in multiple directions, helping distribute force and support movement efficiently.

Most training programs focus on range of motion (ROM), stretching, or strengthening in isolation—like solving for just one variable in an equation. But movement isn’t that simple.
